$30.00 each and it includes cosmopolitan upon

You to Ravens Cry Theater and to Augusta Grill. All
proceeds will be donated to the Gibsons Family

Nutrition and Cooking Classes
Sunshine
Coast Literacy Council has given Gibsons Family
Network a grant
to promote
education around food labels and understanding their
meaning in
relationship to the Canada Food Guide for healthy
eating. Jeannie Barwise
is
conducting the lessons . Trips to the grocery store
and the library will be part
of the
education. Cooking healthy meals will also be part
of the program.
